Bhavika Bajpai's Chalk Sculpture
Born: 18 Jul 1981

Bhavika was born in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. She has a B.Tech in Computer
Science and Engineering and MS in Computer Animation. She is presently working as a 3d
Artist (Texturing and Lighting).

Being from Lucknow, the Cultural Capital of North India, it was not unexpected that she would
be attracted towards Arts and Sculpture.

As for her beautiful Chalk Sculptures, she is very candid when she says that she has no
professional training in art. She took a few sculpting lessons a while back. Got into chalk
carving when she saw some nice chalk sculptures a friend of her had done. He did a demo on
chalk carving and She just started doing it !
