In her last assignmnet She worked with MindTree Ltd, a leading IT and R&D solutions company as Manager Marketing. Earlier She worked with Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIMC) as Communication Manager, at the height of fee-cut controversy. She could effectively turn the crisis into an opportunity to understand and propagate brand strength.
She went back to TV journalism after IIMC and joined Times Now, a Times of India and Reuters collaboration news channel as Principal Correspondent. She went on to work for it in Kolkata and then in Bangalore, leading from the front to establish the channel’s reputation as a reliable, credible and fastest news provider in the crowded space of broadcast news bandwith. Earlier She had worked for leading TV news channels including Sahara Samay, ETV and Doordarshan (The Indian Govt. owned TV Network).
She is on the panel of Evaluators and Guest Lecturers in prestigious media institutes such as Symbiosis Institute of Media Studies, Pune and International Institute of Journalism and New Media, Bangalore.
She is currently working as the Business Communication Manager - Financial Services, HCL Technologies Ltd.
Her film “Aami” was the first of-the-children-for-the-children-by-the-children film in India, adjudged the best film in KFK film Festival Athens (2004).
